Phase 6: Dining Conservatory

Today’s make-shift dining room seats just 40... that's well below even our current 60-bed capacity, and less that half the capacity envisaged when development is complete!

It may surprise you to learn that we currently turn away many opportunties every year for the simple reason that we cannot fit those larger groups in our dining room - even though we have more than enough beds and meeting space!

Our new dining conservatory will give us a truly wonderful space: At the most basic level it will finally allow us to cater for those larger groups we are currently forced to turn away, and so use Gaines to its maximum bed-occupancy and cost efficiancy

Beyond that, it will serve as an exciting functional space that brings the beauty of the glorious outdoors right in to the heart of our building.

We are as excited as we are daunted by the size of this challenge. We love the architect's concept, not only because we think it looks sensational but because we can see how transformative it would be for today's work and the opportunities it would bring to grow it.
